وصفت الشركة الموريتانية للكهرباء الصفقة الأخيرة المتعلقة بالأعمدة الكهربائية بأنها كانت "شفافة وموافقة للشروط المطلوبة"، مضيفة أنه "بعد تقييم هذه العروض وفق الإجراءات والمعايير المحددة سلفا فقد تم إسناد كل حزمة لصاحب العرض الأقل سعرا من العروض التي تستجيب للشروط الفنية و الإدارية".
