عقد عمدة أكجوجت الجديد السيد داهي ولد المامي إجتماعا موسعا بساكنة المدينة حضره جل المستشارين البلديين وجمع غفير من ساكنة المدينة .
وخلال كلمته بالمناسبة أوضح السيد العمدة أن موضوع الإجتماع هو لقاء الشعب وإطلاعه على البرنامج البلدي الذي تعتزم البلدية إنجازه في شتى المجالات خاصة :

للعام الدراسي 2022 _ 2023 أطلق نائب أكجوجت المهندس سيد أحمد ولد محمد الحسن مبادرة قيمة تهدف إلى :
_ رفع نسبة المشاركة في المسابقة باقيها الإعدادي والثانوي .
بفضل الاكتشافات النفطية الهائلة في أعماق شواطئها، وموقعها الإستراتيجي الرابط بين المغرب العربي وغرب أفريقيا، واستقرارها السياسي الحالي، ودورها في مكافحة "الإرهاب" بدول الساحل، تصاعدت مؤخرا الأهمية الإستراتيجية لموريتانيا.
