"الصنداي تليجراف": هذا هدف "داعش" من ذبح "الرهائن"

أشارت صحيفة "الصنداي تليجراف" البريطانية إلى ما وصفته باستخدام تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية "داعش" خططا تتمثل في ذبح الأوروبيين، وذلك من أجل إفراغ الشرق الأوسط من كل الرعايا الغربيين. وأضافت الصحيفة في تقرير لها في 15 سبتمبر أن ذبح التنظيم للرهينة البريطاني ديفد هينز -وهو الرهينة الغربي الثالث الذي يلقى حتفه بنفس الطريقة- يصب في مجال سعي التنظيم لتحقيق هدفه. وكان مجلس الأمن الدولي أدان الأحد إعدام تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية عامل الإغاثة البريطاني ديفيد هينز، ووصف العملية بأنها "جريمة قتل جبانة وحاقدة". وقال المجلس في بيان رئاسي صدر بإجماع أعضائه الـ15 :"إن هذه الجريمة تذكير مأساوي بالمخاطر المتعاظمة التي تواجه طواقم الإغاثة الإنسانية كل يوم في سوريا"، ودعا إلى احترام فرق الإغاثة الإنسانية التي تعمل في مناطق النزاعات. وشدد المجلس مجددا على ضرورة "هزيمة تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية، والقضاء على التعصب والعنف والكراهية التي يتبناها". وكان تنظيم الدولة بث السبت 13 سبتمبر شريط فيديو على الإنترنت يصور قطع رأس ديفيد هينز، وبرر ذلك بأنه رد على قرار لندن الدخول فيما وصفه بتحالف شيطاني مع واشنطن ضده. ويظهر شريط الفيديو -الذي حمل عنوان "رسالة إلى حلفاء أميركا", وبثه مركز سايت المتخصص في رصد المواقع الإلكترونية الإسلامية, هينز جاثيا على ركبتيه مرتديا بزة برتقالية، وخلفه يقف مسلح ملثم يحمل بيسراه سكينا ينحر بها في نهاية التسجيل الرهينة البريطاني. وفي الشريط يوجه الملثم حديثه لكاميرون قائلا :"هذا المواطن البريطاني سيدفع ثمن وعدك يا كاميرون للبشمركة بتسليحهم ضد الدولة الإسلامية". وفي الشريط نفسه يظهر رهينة بريطاني آخر هدد التنظيم بذبحه إذا أصر كاميرون على قتال التنظيم. يٌشار إلى أن كاميرون قال إن بلاده ستعمل على تدمير تنظيم الدولة بالتعاون مع شركائها في المنطقة، وجاء ذلك ردا على إعدام التنظيم الرهينة البريطاني. وأكد كاميرون الأحد أن مقتل هينز لن يوقف جهد بريطانيا في مواجهة تنظيم الدولة، واعتبر أن التنظيم يمثل تهديدا للشرق الأوسط بأكمله. وشرح كاميرون استراتيجية بلاده في محاربة تنظيم الدولة، ومن ضمنها المشاركة في حشد التأييد للتحالف الدولي الذي تدعو إليه الولايات المتحدة والإسهام في العملية الأميركية العسكرية ضد التنظيم من خلال الدعم اللوجستي والطائرات، دون إرسال قوات برية. ويعتبر هذا ثالث إعدام من نوعه لرهينة غربي ينفذه تنظيم الدولة في غضون شهر، في مسلسل بدأه بذبح الصحفي الأميركي جيمس فولي وأتبعه بذبح صحفي أميركي آخر هو ستيفن سوتلوف. وكان تنظيم الدولة هدد في شريط فيديو نشر مطلع سبتمبر بقتل هينز "44 عاما"، وهو إسكتلندي اختفى في مارس 2013 في سوريا. ويعمل هينز منذ عام 1999 في مجال الإغاثة، وكان بصدد أداء أول مهمة له لحساب منظمة "أكتد" الفرنسية بوصفه مسؤولا لوجيستيا في مخيم للاجئين السوريين قرب الحدود التركية.
