نصائح صحية للصائم في رمضان

يجب الحرص الشديد على طهي الطعام بكل الطرق الصحية مثل سلق الطعام أو شويه علي الطرق الصحية السليمة، تجنب تماما كثرة تناول الطعام المقلي أو الطعام التعرض للكثير من الادخنه.

أحرص على عدم تناول الأطعمة الجاهزة التي يتم الحصول عليها من الأسواق، أكثر هذه الأطعمة تطهي في أوان غير نظيفة تماما، كما أن البائع يقوم بإضافة الكثير من المواد الغير صحيه لكي يتم إضافة الطعم المميز لها.

أحرص على ممارسة بعض التمارين الرياضيه الخفيفه بين وجبة الإفطار والسحور وهذا يساعد كثيرا على تنشيط الجسم، لكن احذر من ممارسة الرياضة في نهار رمضان للحفاظ على مستوى الطاقة. يجب أخذ القسط الكافي من النوم لكي تتجنب الإصابة بصداع الرأس، أيضًا احرص على تناول الفاكهة بجميع انواعها بعد تناول الوجبات الأساسية.
