رامافوزا: إفريقيا أظهرت قدرتها في التعامل مع كورونا

قال الرئيس الدوري للاتحاد الإفريقي، رئيس جنوب إفريقيا سيريل رامافوزا إن القارة الإفريقية "أظهرت قدرتها في التعامل ببراعة عالية مع فيروس كورونا"، مضيفا أن ذلك "يؤكد تصميم القارة السمراء على الاستفادة من نقاط قوتها وقدراتها في حل تحدياتها الخاصة".

وأكد رامافوزا في كلمة له بمناسبة اليوم الإفريقي، أن "هذه هي الفرضية التي تأسست عليها منظمة الوحدة الإفريقية، وأن الأفارقة يواصلون استلهام الدروس منها لبناء حياة أفضل لجميع سكان إفريقيا".

ونوه رامافوزا، الذي تعتبر بلاده أكثر بلدان إفريقيا تضررا من فيروس كورونا، ب"استجابة الحكومات الإفريقية لمواجهة جائحة كوفيد 19"، وذلك "على الرغم من أن فيروس كورونا ليس مشكلة إفريقية وإنما جائحة عالمية".
