لتفقد الكثير من وزنك … تناوَل هذه الأطعمة كل صباح

نشر الموقع الأمريكي “Healthy Food House”، تقريرًا يؤكد أن بعض الأطعمة إذا تناولها الفرد على وجبة الإفطار تساعد في اختفاء الدهون من جسده وتفقده كثيرًا من الوزن ومنها الشوفان ورقائق الذرة.

وأوضح التقرير أن دراسة حديثة أثبتت أن الشوفان يعد أفضل وجبة وتناوله مع رقائق الذرة بشكل دائم ضمن الإفطار بجانب شرب الماء يساعد على الشعور بالشبع بشكل سريع ويحقق انتظام مستوى الأنسولين والسكر في الدم.

ووجد الباحثون أن تناول الشوفان في وجبة الإفطار أكثر كفاءة في الأشخاص الذين يعانون من الوزن الزائد، لأنه يستهلك 50% من السعرات الحرارية ويساعد على إنقاص الوزن، حيث يبقى الشوفان في المعدة فترة أطول ما يعني الشعور بالشبع.

وأشارت دراسة أخرى إلى أن الشوفان هو أفضل وجبة إفطار لصاحبي الوزن الزائد، لأنه أكثر فائدة ويحفز فقدان الوزن، كما أنه لذيذ ومن الممكن إدخاله في جميع أنواع العصائر والسلطات والحلويات.
