هؤلاء ينافسون ولد يحيى في السباق نحو رئاسة “الكاف

صدق الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) أمس الأربعاء على اعتماد أربعة مرشحين لمنصب رئيس الكونفدرالية الأفريقية  لكرة القدم من بينهم الموريتاني أحمد ولد يحيى، فيما استبعد الرئيس السابق للكونفدرالية  الملغاشي أحمد أحمد الموقوف بتهم فساد.

وبعد الخضوع “لفحوص” إضافية، منحت لجنة المراجعة في فيفا الضوء الاخضر لولد  يحيى والجنوب افريقي باتريس موتسيبي لينضما إلى السنغالي أوغوستين سنغور والإيفواري  جاك أنوما.

وستقام الانتخابات  في العاصمة المغربية الرباط في 12 من مارس المقبل، وتشير التوقعات إلى المنافسة في أعلى هيئة رياضية في أفريقيا،  ستكون حادة بين المرشحين الأربعة، خصوصا أنهم يحملون سيرا ذاتية قوية.

فالموريتاني أحمد ولد يحيى،  يرأس اتحاد بلاده منذ 2011، وفي ولايته، شارك “المرابطون” للمرة الأولى في كأس أمم إفريقيا عام 2019، كما سبق وأن أختير من الكاف كأفضل مسير رياضي في أفريقيا عام 2017.

 

أما رجل الأعمال الجنوب أفريقي “موتسيبي”  الذي صنع ثروته في عالم المناجم، فيرأس نادي ماميلودي صنداونز في بريتوريا والذي أحرز لقب دوري أبطال إفريقيا في 2016.

المرشح السنغالي، سنغور (55 عاما) يترأس الاتحاد السنغالي منذ 11 عاما كما يترأس نادي غوريه- الجزيرة الواقعة قبالة العاصمة دكار- والتي يشغل فيها منصب العمدة أيضا.

أما المرشح الإيفواري أنوما (69 عاما)، فهو خبير مالي، وسبق أن ترأس اتحاد بلاده سابقا، ورافق الصعود القوي لمنتخب بلاده ما أهله للمشاركة في مونديالي 2010 و2014.

وكانت لجنة الحوكمة في الاتحاد الافريقي قد أعلنت في 6يناير الماضي أن ترشيحي الموريتاني والجنوب افريقي كانا بحاجة لـ”فحوص إضافية”.

ويسعى  المرشحون الأربعة لخلافة الديبلوماسي الملغاشي أحمد أحمد بعد ايقافه من قبل فيفا لخمس سنوات عن كل الأنشطة الكروية بسبب قضايا فساد في 23 نوفمبر الماضي، وذلك برغم استئنافه القرار لدى محكمة التحكيم الرياضية.

ودانت الغرفة القضائية في لجنة الاخلاقيات أحمد (61 عاما) الذي يرئس الاتحاد القاري منذ 2017، بخرق عدة مواد متعلقة بـ”واجب الولاء.. عرض وقبول هدايا أو مزايا أخرى.. اساءة استخدام المنصب” بالاضافة إلى “اساءة ادارة الاموال”.

وكان أحمد قد اوقف لفترة قصيرة وخضع للتحقيق في فرنسا في يونيو 2019 بشبهات فساد قبل اخلاء سبيله، علما بانه وصل الى منصبه منهيا حكما دام 29 عاما لعيسى حياتو بنيله 34 صوتا مقابل 20 للكاميروني الواسع النفوذ الذي لاحقته أيضا فضائح فساد عديدة.

ويملك كل من الاتحادات الـ54 المنضوية صوتا في الانتخابات، في حين يفوز من يحقق الاكثرية البسيطة في الجولة الأولى .
