إجراءات جديدة للتأمين الصحي في المصحات الخصوصية

صادق مجلس الوزراء، في اجتماعه، أمس، على مشروع مرسوم يعدل بعض ترتيبات المرسوم، المحدد لنسب التغطية وإجراءات تعويض الخدمات العلاجية من طرف الصندوق الوطني للتأمين الصحي (أكنام).

 

وزير الصحة نذيرو ولد حامد في تعليقه على اجتماع الحكومة، أمس، قال إن هذا المرسوم يعمل على ترسيخ حرية المؤمنين في اختيارهم لمكان العلاج الذي يريدونه، سواء في المصحات الخصوصية أو المستشفيات العمومية، حيث أن التأمين الصحي لا يمكن له أن يجبر أحدا على مكان معين للعلاج.

 

وأضاف الوزير، أنه تم استئناف التعامل بين الصندوق الوطني للتأمين الصحي والمصحات الخصوصية بعد أن ظل هذا التعامل مقصيا حتى وقت قريب، وأنه أصبح على الراغبين في العلاج في القطاع الخاص دفع المبلغ الجزافي(10%) مع مراعاة فارق الثمن بين القطاعين العام والخاص.

 

ويهدف مشروع المرسوم الحالي إلى تفعيل إجراءات التكفل بالخدمات العلاجية المقدمة من طرف مقدمي الخدمات، سواء كانوا عموميين أو خصوصيين، أو كان يتم تقديمها في مركز استطباب عمومي أو في مؤسسة استشفائية خصوصية، حسب
