دراسة حديثة/ بشرى سارة للحاصلين على لقاح فيروس كورونا المستجد

بشرت دراسة علمية حديثة الحاصلين على لقاح فيروس كورونا المستجد المسبب لمرض "كوفيد 19"، بشأن الجلطات الدموية.

 

وأوضحت الدراسة المنشورة عبر موقع "تشاينا ديلي" الصيني أن مضاعفات الإصابة بـ"كوفيد 19" ربما تسبب جلطات دموية أكثر من لقاحات كورونا.

 

وأظهرت الدراسة المنشورة من قبل باحثين في جامعة "أكسفورد" أن الأشخاص المصابين بـ"كوفيد 19" معرضون لخطر الإصابة بالجلطات الدموية النادرة والخطيرة في الدماغ، أكثر بكثير من الأشخاص الحاصلين على لقاحات "فايزر" أو "مودرينا" أو "أسترا زينيكا".

 

وتأتي الدراسة بعد يومين من توقف الولايات المتحدة عن استخدام لقاح "كوفيد 19" من شركة "جونسون آند جونسون"، بسبب حالات نادرة من تخثر الدم وبعد يوم واحد من إعلان مجموعة استشارية مستقلة للمراكز الأمريكية لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها أنها ستستمر في منح اللقاح.

 

وتوقف مؤقتًا حتى يستعرض المزيد من الأدلة حول وجود صلة محتملة بين التلقيح والجلطات الدموية.

 

من النتائج الرئيسية لبحوث أكسفورد، التي تم الكشف عنها على أنها دراسة "ما قبل الطباعة" والتي لم يراجعها علماء آخرون بعد، أن خطر الإصابة بجلطة دموية في الدماغ كان أعلى بحوالي 95 مرة بالنسبة للأشخاص الذين لديهم "كوفيد 19" من عامة السكان.

 

يشير البحث إلى أن اللقاحات تحمل خطرا أقل بكثير للتخثر من المرض الذي ثبت أنها تمنعه.

 

وأظهرت البيانات أن حوالي 4 من كل مليون شخص يتلقون اللقاحات الأمريكية الصنع يعانون من تجلط وريدي دماغي، أو جلطات دموية في الدماغ.

ووجدت الدراسة التي أجريت على 500 ألف مريض بفيروس كورونا المستجد أن خطر الإصابة بالتجلطات الدموية، بعد الإصابة بالفيروس التاجي أكبر بحوالي 100 مرة من المعدل الطبيعي، وأعلى عدة مرات من بعد التطعيم من "كوفيد 19" أو بعد الأنفلونزا.

 

تظهر الأبحاث من دراسة أكسفورد أن عدد الأشخاص الذين أصيبوا بجلطات بعد الحصول على اللقاحات التي تصنعها شركات الأدوية الأمريكية يبدو مشابهًا جدًا لعدد الذين أصيبوا بهذه الحالة النادرة بعد أخذ جرعة من لقاح "أسترا زينيكا".
