ولد المرابط: فتوى ولد النيني بالغة السذاجة

شن إمام الجامع السعودي بنواكشوط، الشيخ أحمدو ولد المرابط ولد حبيب الرحمن، هجوما لاذعا على فتوى بيع الذنوب التي أصدرها ـ قبل أن يتراجع عنها ـ وزيرُ الشؤون الإسلامية السابق، الفقيه أحمد ولد النيني، حيث وصفها بأنها غاية في السذاجة.

وقال ولد حبيب الرحمن –في تصريح لصحيفة عكاظ السعودية – إن الفتوى الصادرة عن ولد النيني بالغة السذاجة وواضحة البطلان ولا تصح شرعا.

وأضاف: "هذه الفتوى صدرت من أحد الفقهاء المشهورين بالمذهب المالكي وتوجهت له الردود والانتقادات وهي فتوى غريبة رغم أن البعض حاول مساندته تحت تأثير العاطفة، إلا أنه تراجع عنها وتاب إلى الله".

وتراجع وزير الشؤون الإسلامية الموريتاني السابق أحمد ولد النيني، عن فتواه بجواز «بيع الذنوب»، التي أثارت ضجة وانتقادات حادة على صاحبها. وعزا الوزير الموريتاني السابق تراجعه إلى خشيته من ارتكاب الناس المعاصي تحت ذريعة جواز بيع الذنوب.
