نقل موقع "فوكس نيوز" الأميركي عن الخبراء قولهم إن الإنسان إذا أراد أن يعيش في صحة جيدة، عليه تجنب بعض الأنواع من المأكولات.

وقدّم المصدر لائحة "أسوأ الأطعمة لصحتك":

1- الطعام المقلي: يقول أخصائيو التغذية إن الأطعمة المقلية باتت حاضرة بقوة في وجباتنا، مشددين على ضرورة التقليل منها.

وقالت أخصائية التغذية أنجيلا إل لاغو: "نحن لا نقترح عدم تناول الأطعمة المقلية مطلقا، ولكن لا ينبغي أن تكون عنصرا أساسيا في النظام الغذائي لأي شخص، لأنها تحتوي على نسبة عالية من الدهون والملح والسعرات الحرارية، وكلها ضارة بصحة القلب وترفع خطر الإصابة بالسمنة".

2- رقائق البطاطس: ينصح بتجنبها لعدة أسباب، من بينها توفرها على نسبة عالية من الدهون المشبعة التي تشكل خطرا على شرايين القلب، كما أنها ذات سعرات حرارية مرتفعة دون منفعة غذائية.

3- السكريات المضافة: إذا رأيت أي سكريات مضافة على "ملصق حقائق التغذية" للأطعمة المعبأة، فابتعد عنها قدر الإمكان. ويقول خبراء الصحة إن السكريات المضافة لها قيمة غذائية صفرية، كما أنها تزيد مخاطر السمنة ومتلازمة الأيض الغذائي.
