تقرير أمريكي: موريتانيا تبلي حسنا لاستيفاء متطلبات الشفافية المالية

صنف تقرير الشفافية المالية (FTR) الصادر عن الخارجية الأمريكية، موريتانيا ضمن البلدان التي تُبلي حسنا لأجل استيفاء المتطلبات المتعلقة بالشفافية المالية.

بينما صنف التقرير كلا من المغرب وتونس ضمن الدول التي تستوفي الشروط الدنيا من متطلبات الشفافية المالية، في حين جاءت ليبيا والجزائر في لائحة البلدان التي لم تبلغ المتطلبات الدنيا.

التقرير الصادر أمس الأربعاء، يستند إلى تقييم مدى شفافية مساطر إبرام الصفقات العمومية ومنح تراخيص استغلال الموارد الطبيعية، ومدى شمولية وموثوقية الوثائق المالية.
