أنا توكتوكي تائه، شارد الذهن، هائم القلب كجميع سائقي التكاتيك هذه الأيام.. اشتريت دويبة صفراء تدعى التوك توك، شدني إليها سعرها الزهيد، وخفتها، وغياب تصنيفها كسيارة أو شاحنة، وبالتالي غياب الإجراءات الإدارية المعقدة والمكلفة.. وبعد أشهر، تحقق الحلم: خرجت من الشارع، وابتعدت من الجريمة، وفتحت حسابا بنكيا، ودخلت الدورة الاقتصادية لبلادي.

عند بكور الطير، سَحَرًا، بعد إطلالة الفجر وقبل الإشراق، ذات يوم قائظ، صدر قرار رسمي يُحَرّم على دويبتي أن تتجول في مملكة تفرغ زينه وجمهورية لكصر. عشت، مع الزوجة المُعْسرة والأطفال الخمسة والأب المقعد والأم الهرمة، ليلة ذات مسغبة، ثم أمضينا نهارنا نناجي بُلبل الطوى ونغني مع عندليب الجوع. لا "الأمن الغذائي" غذّانا، ولا "التآزر" آزرنا.

خرجت إلى حظيرة كانت مأوى لجرارة وحمارين بعتهما لأكمل ثمن الدويبة الموقوفة. تجولت حول الروث اليابس، باكيا أطلاله الدارسات، وناعيا دهرا به انصرم وتوارى. ساءلت رسم الدار: هل ثمة نية خفية لدفعنا إلى الهجرة ودخول مغامرة الحائط المكسيكي!؟، هل هناك من يسعى لتعقيد مشكل هجرة القوى الحية بدلا من معالجته!؟، هل هناك محاولة خفية لإشعال ثورة عنوانها "لا تلمس توكتوكي"، تكون بداية لتعكير جو الرئاسيات القادمة!؟ هل من نية هدامة لإحداث بلبلة قبل استخراج الغاز!؟.. لم أجد من رسم الدار أي جواب، فعُدْتُ أدراجي أجرُّ ذيل الإحباط، وأتجرع سم القرارات المجنونة، مرددا في تأتأة المعتوهين: لن نعلن الحِدادَ لأن التوك توك لا يموت،

فهو البديل عن أمريكا،

والبديل عن آنغولا،

والبديل عن الكوكايين،

والبديل عن قنابل التطرف الديني،

والبديل عن التلصص وقطع الطرق،

والبديل عن تزوير العملات،

والبديل عن أكل ما قاءته البرجوازية من المَيْتة والدم ولحم الخنزير.
