الجمعية الوطنية تناقش مشاريع قوانين حول التعاون القضائي مع الجزائر

ناقشت لجنة العدل والداخلية والدفاع بالجمعية الوطنية، اليوم، مشاريع قوانين تتعلق بالتعاون القضائي بين موريتانيا والجزائر.

ويتعلق الأمر  بمشروع القانون رقم 23-011، الذي يسمح بالمصادقة على الإتفاقية المتعلقة بالتعاون القضائي في المجال الجزائي بين حكومة الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية وحكومة الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية، الموقع في انواكشوط بتاريخ 14 سبتمبر 2022. 

ومشروع القانون رقم 23-012، الذي يسمح بالمصادقة على الإتفاقية المتعلقة بالتعاون القضائي في المجال المدني والتجاري بين حكومة الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية وحكومة الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية، الموقع في انواكشوط بتاريخ 14 سبتمبر 2022؛

 

إضافة إلى مشروع القانون رقم 23-013، الذي يسمح بالمصادقة على الإتفاقية المتعلقة بتسليم المجرمين بين حكومة الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية وحكومة الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية، الموقع في انواكشوط بتاريخ 14 سبتمبر 2022.
