النائب محمد بوي يعتذر عن مداخلته ويحذفها امتثالا لقرار الهابا

قدم النائب محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل اعتذاره للجمهور عن تقديمه لمحتوى الورقة المسيئة للجناب النبوي والتي جرت خلالها محاكاة الإساءة لرئيس الجمهورية في مداخلة اتهم فيها الحكومة الموريتانية وزملائه النواب بالتقصير في الدفاع عن الجناب النبوي، وأثارت الجدل داخل قبة البرلمان وخارجه.

وقد ألزم قرار صادر عن السلطة العليا للصحافة السمعيات البصرية قناة البرلمانية “بالحذف الفوري” لمداخلة النائب محمد بويا ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل الأخيرة خلال جلسة نقاش برنامج عمل الحكومة.

وقالت السلطة في بيان صادر عنها إنها الزمت “قناة البرلمانية بالحذف الفوري  للمقطع المسيء من صفحتها على الفيسبوك ودعوة جميع القنوات والمواقع والمنصات للامتناع عن نشره”.

كما ألزم قرار السلطة “صفحة النائب محمد بويا الشيخ محمد فاضل بالحذف  الفوري  لنص المداخلة  المنشور عليها، والاعتذار لمتابعيها عن إعادة النشر التفصيلي والكلي للمضمون المسيء”

وإليكم نص الاعتذار:
قررت السلطة العليا للسمعيات البصرية “الهابا” في قرارها رقم 040/ 2023 بتاريخ 23-07-2023 إلزام صفحتى بالحذف الفوري لمداخلتي التي تضمنت محتوى ومضمون الورقة المسيئة لسيدنا وحبيبنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، والاعتذار لمتابعي الصفحة عن إعادة نشر محتوى ومضمون هذه الورقة التي تضمنت إساءة لسيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ؛ لذلك حجبت المداخلة وأعتذر لكم متابعي الكرام ، تنفيذا للقرار الذي يهدف حسب #سلطة_الهابا إلى الحد من تداول محتوى الإساءة بين الناس .
