نواب المعارضة: البرلمان بدأ يسلك مسارا خطيرا سيقضي على المؤسسية

قال نواب المعرضة، إن "ما يسعى إليه الجهاز التنفيذي مخالف للدستور والقانون، ومسار خطير بدأت الجمعية تسلكه سيقضي على بقايا التنوع السياسي والمؤسسية في البلد".

واستنكرت الفرق البرلمانية المعرضة في بيان، ، "ما بدأ من إجراءات وخاصة رفع الحصانة ضد النائب محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل إثر مداخلته التي تمثله هو فقط"، على حد تعبير البيان.

وطالب  البيان، "جميع النواب بالوقوف ضد تغوّل السلطة التنفيذية على الجهاز التشريعي، وعدم قبول تدمير النصوص الدستورية الصريحة التي توفر الحصانة للنواب في آرائهم أثناء تأدية مهامهم مهما كان الموقف من هذه الآراء التي تمثل من تصدر عنهم"، على حد وصف البيان.

"بناء على تطورات الجمعية الوطنية وما حصل منذ نقاش إعلان سياسة الحكومة خاصة مداخلة النائب محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل، والتي جاءت إثر تسريب أحد أطر التعليم لمضمون ورقة تضمنت إساءات للجناب النبوي الشريف على صاحبه أفضل الصلاة والسلام، فإننا في فرق وكتل المعارضة الممثلة في البرلمان:

_ نجدد إدانة هذه الإساءة بأقصى درجات الإدانة ونطالب السلطات بمعاقبة مرتكبها، وبحماية المقدسات بصرامة وحزم.

_ ندين ما تمّ اليوم، وما بدأ من إجراءات وخاصة رفع الحصانة ضد النائب محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل إثر مداخلته التي تمثله هو فقط، ونعتبر ما يسعى إليه الجهاز التنفيذي مخالف للدستور والقانون، ومسار خطير بدأت الجمعية تسلكه سيقضي على بقايا التنوع السياسي والمؤسسية في البلد. 

_ نطالب جميع النواب بالوقوف ضد تغوّل السلطة التنفيذية على الجهاز التشريعي، وعدم قبول تدمير النصوص الدستورية الصريحة التي توفر الحصانة للنواب في آرائهم أثناء تأدية مهامهم مهما كان الموقف من هذه الآراء التي تمثل من تصدر عنهم.

_ نهيب بجميع النواب العمل على عودة المكتسبات التي سلبها النظام الداخلي الحالي، بما في ذلك تشكل الفرق البرلمانية، ومسارات التحقيق والاستجواب، وغيرها مما عرقل أداء النواب وفرغ العمل البرلماني من محتواه.
