موريتانيا والسنغال يوقعان بروتكولا تطبيقيا جديدا لاتفاقية الصيد

وقعت موريتانيا والسنغال، اليوم، بنواكشوط بروتكولا تطبيقيا جديدا لاتفاقية لاتفاقية التعاون في مجال الصيد وتربية الأسماك الموقعة بين البلدين في الــ25 من فبراير 2001.

وبموجب لبروتوكول الجديد ،تمنح  موريتانيا حصة من(50.000)طن سنوياً من الأسماك لتموين السوق السنغالية، عن طريق عدد محدد لايتجاوز 250 شبكة دائرية مستخدمة من طرف 500زورق تستهدف عينات الأسماك السطحية باستثناء البوري الأصغر والكوربين.

 

وينص لبروتكول الجديد على تفريغ نسبة 6% من هذه الزوارق أي 30 زورقا كمياتها المصطادة في موريتانيا إجباريا, من أجل تموين السوق الموريتانية بالأسماك.

 

ويهدف لبروتوكول الجديد، إلى تحديد الآليات التطبيقية لتنفيذ التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين طبقا للمادة 2 من الاتفاقية في مجال الصيد وزراعة الأسماك الموقعة في نواكشوط يوم 25 فبراير 2001 بين الحكومتين الموريتانية والسنغال.

 

وقد تم توقيع الاتفاق، بمباني وزارة الصيد، صباح اليوم، من طرف وزير الصيد والاقتصاد البحري مختار الحسينو لام، ونظيره السنغالي بابا صاني.
