موقع Financial Afrique: قطر للبترول جسدت دخولها لموريتانيا باتفاق ثلاثي

قال موقع Financial Afrique إن شركة قطر للبترول جسّدت دخولها إلى موريتانيا من خلال التوقيع على اتفاق ثلاثي بخصوص المقطع C10.

فقد وقعت شركة شل وشركة قطر للطاقة العامة وشركة المحروقات الموريتانية اتفاقية تشغيل مشتركة  في 18 يوليو 2023 تحدد حقوقهم والتزاماتهم المتبادلة فيما يتعلق بالمقطع C10 في المياه الموريتانية.

وذلك تجسيدا للاتفاق بين شركتي شل وقطر للطاقة في أبريل الماضي الذي تحصل بموجبه الشركة القطرية على 40 بالمائة من حقوق التنقيب في المقطع في حين تحتفظ شل بـ50 بالمائة و10 بالمائة لشركة المحروقات الموريتانية.
