انطلاق عملية التصويت لاختيار نقيب وأعضاء الهيئة الوطنية للمحامين

احتضن قصر العدل في نواكشوط الغربية، اليوم، عملية التصويت لاختيار نقيب وأعضاء مجلس الهيئة الوطنية للمحامين، حيث يتنافس النقيب السابق إبراهيم ولد ابتي والمحامي الحسن ولد بونا والمحامي إبراهيم ولد ادي.

الانتخابات سبق لها أن علقت في 13 من يوليو الجاري، بناء على قرار من المحكمة العليا، بعد إثارة جدل بين أعضاء الهيئة، إثر سفر اثنين من أعضاء مكتب التصويت خارج البلاد، ما اعتبره أحد الأطراف حالة شغور، فيما رأى الطرف الثاني أن النظام الداخلي يسمح بتولي أعضاء آخرين عضوية المكتب.
