تنظيم ورشة عمل للمصادقة على المخطط التوجيهي لمعلوماتية تسيير المصادر البشرية

نظمت وزارة الوظيفة العمومية، اليوم الجمعة، في نواكشوط، ورشة عمل لمصادقة ممثلي القطاعات الحكومية على المخطط التوجيهي لمعلوماتية تسيير المصادر البشرية.

ويتضمن برنامج الورشة، التي تدوم يوما واحدا، عدة محاور من بينها تحليل الواقع لنظم المعلومات الخاصة بتسيير المصادر الشرية، وتحديد الحاجيات الاساسية، وتحديد الخيارات والسناريوهات الممكنة، الاطار التنفيذي والمقترحات والتوصيات.

 الأمين العام لوزارة الوظيفة العمومية، محمد ولد عبد الله سالم ولد احمدو وا، في كلمة بالمناسبة، قال إن هذه الورشة تتنزل في سياق حرص القطاع على التحسين من آليات المصادر البشرية تنفيذا لبرنامج  رئيس الجمهورية، محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، الذي تحرص الحكومة على على تنفيذه ضمن السياسة العامة للحكومة من خلال إفراد محور خاص لتثمين المصادر البشرية.

وأوضح ان المعالجة آلآلية للمعلومات أصبحت أساس وعماد الإدارة الحديثة، حيث أن أهم الاتجاهات المعاصرة اليوم في معلومات التكنولوجيا تؤكد تعاظم الدور المحوري لنظم المعلومات في تسيير المصادر البشرية وتطوير وظائفها..

كما أشاد بالتعاون القائم بين موريتانيا والإتحاد الأوروبي في عدة مجالات خاصة في مشروع الحوكمة المالية والادارية الذي سيساهم في الرفع من مستوى كفاءات وقدرات الادارة للقيام بمهامها على أكمل وجه.
