استدعاء النائب محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل للمثول أمام لجنة رفع الحصانة

أعلنت الجمعية الوطنية استدعاء النائب البرلماني محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل، اليوم الجمعة للمثول أمام اللجنة المكلفة بدراسة طلب وزير العدل رفع الحصانة عنه.

وكان رئيس الجمعية الوطنية محمد ولد مكت، قد أعلن أمس الخميس، أسماء اللجنة المكلفة بدراسة طلب وزير العدل رفع الحصانة عن النائب محمد بوي.

وضمت اللجنة 13 عضوا، بينهم 10 نواب من حزب الإنصاف، وثلاثة نواب ممثلين لفرق الأغلبية الثلاثة 

ورفض كل من الفريقين البرلمانيين الخاصين بحزب تواصل والجبهة الجمهورية المشاركة في عضوية اللجنة.
