النائب محمد بوي يمتنع عن المثول أمام لجنة برلمانية مكلفة برفع الحصانة عنه

امتنع النائب محمد بوي الشيخ محمد فاضل المثول أمام اللجنة المكلفة بدراسة رفع الحصانة عنه.وأوضح ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل، إنه عثر على ورقة استدعاء المثول أمام اللجنة مرميا في حديقة المنزل مصحوبة بورقة من عدل منفذ.

وكان رئيس البرلمان محمد ولد مكت، قد أعلن أمس الخميس، أسماء اللجنة المكلفة بدراسة رفع الحصانة عن النائب محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل.

وضمت اللجنة 13 عضوا، بينهم 10 نواب من حزب الإنصاف الحاكم، وثلاثة نواب ممثلين لفرق الأغلبية الثلاثة، فيما رفض الفريق البرلماني لحزب (تواصل) والفريق البرلماني لحزب الجبهة الجمهورية للوحدة والديمقراطية المشاركة في عضوية اللجنة.
