النائب محمد بوي في البرلمان بعد ساعات من رفع الحصانة عنه

وصل النائب محمد بوي الشيخ محمد فاضل، اليوم الأحد إلى مقر البرلمان، حيث تعقد جلسة لنقاش مشروع القانون رقم 23- 016 الذي يتضمن التسوية النهائية لميزانية الدولة لسنة 2021.

وكان البرلمان صوت مساء أمس على نزع الحصانة البرلمانية عن النائب محمد بوي ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل، فيما قاطعت فرق المعارضة الجلسة وطعنت في شرعية الإجراء، ووصفته بأنه "مخالف للدستور".

وانتهت اليوم العقوبة التي اتخذها مكتب الجمعية الوطنية بمنع ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل من حضور أربع جلسات متتالية.

ووفق مصادر الأخبار لم تبدأ بعد الجالسة الخاصة بنقاش مشروع القانون رقم 23- 016 الذي يتضمن التسوية النهائية لميزانية الدولة لسنة 2021، فيما لا يعرف ما إذا كان سيسمح لولد الشيخ محمد فاضل بحضور الجلسة.
