إطلاق تحويلات مالية بقيمة 375 مليون أوقية جديدة لصالح 15 ألف أسرة

أطلقت وزارة العمل الاجتماعي والطفولة والأسرة، اليوم الثلاثاء بمقاطعة توجنين بولاية نواكشوط الشمالية المرحلة الثانية من برنامج التحويلات النقدية لصالح 15 ألف أسرة من ذوي الإعاقة، بتمويل يصل إلى 375 مليون أوقية جديدة.

ويعد هذا البرنامج تكملة للمرحلة الأولى التي استهدفت 10 آلاف أسرة، وستشهد المرحلة الثانية التي انطلقت اليوم توسعا من حيث عدد الأشخاص والجهات المستفيدة لتشمل ولايات نواكشوط الثلاث، والحوضين، ولعصابة، وكوركول، ولبراكنة، وكذلك كيديماغا.

وتم تمويل هذا البرنامج، من قبل التعاون الألماني وصندوق الأمم المتحدة للطفولة وبرنامج الغذاء العالمي، بتنفيذ مباشر من البلديات والسجل الاجتماعي وتنسيق مع شركاء السجل الاجتماعي والاتحادية الموريتانية للجمعيات الوطنية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

وفي كلمة بهذه المناسبة لمعالي وزيرة العمل الاجتماعي والطفولة والأسرة، السيدة صفية بنت انتهاه، أكدت فيها أن حماية ورعاية الفئات الأكثر ضعفا من المجتمع تحتل مكان الصدارة ضمن تعهدات فخامة رئيس الجمهورية السيد محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني.

وأشارت الوزيرة إلى أن السنوات الأربع الماضية تميزت باستحداث وتنفيذ عشرات البرامج الحكومية ذات الطابع الاجتماعي تستهدف بشكل مباشر الرفع من القدرة الشرائية للمواطنين الأكثر ضعفا وفق استراتيجية النمو المتسارع والرفاه المشترك.

من جانبه قال عمدة بلدية توجنين السيد أحمد سالم ولد الفيلالي إن وزارة العمل الاجتماعي تظهر عناية فائقة بالفئات الهشة تطبيقا لبرنامج فخامة رئيس الجمهورية من خلال الاهتمام بهذه الطبقات والرفع من مستواها ماديا ومعنويا.

أما الممثل المقيم لليونيسف السيد مارك لوسي، فقد أوضح أن هذا البرنامج قدم حتى الآن الدعم لـ 10000 أسرة من بينها أطفال وأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة، من أجل تلبية احتياجاتهم الفورية، مشيرا إلى أن 3300 أسرة من بين هؤلاء تلقت دعما إضافيا وتوجيها لتطوير الأنشطة المدرة للدخل.

بدوره شكر رئيس الاتحادية الموريتانية للجمعيات الوطنية للأشخاص المعوقين، السيد لحبوس ولد العيد، وزارة العمل الاجتماعي، وصندوق الأمم المتحدة للطفولة، على نجاعة سياستهما الاجتماعية التي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار التمكين الاقتصادي لهذه الشريحة من المواطنين.

وقد أدت معالي الوزيرة زيارة تفقد واطلاع لإحدى نقاط التوزيع في بلدية تجونين، رفقة معالي المندوب العام للتضامن الوطني ومكافحة الإقصاء (تآزر) السيد حمود ولد محمد، حيث استمعت إلى شروح مفصلة من قبل القائمين على العملية.

جرى إطلاق التحويلات المالية بحضور الأمين العام لوزارة العمل الاجتماعي، وممثلي السلطات الإدارية والأمنية بولاية نواكشوط الشمالية، وعمد بلديات نواكشوط الثلاث، وسفيرة ألمانيا الاتحادية، ونائب ممثل برنامج الغذاء العالمي في موريتانيا.
