المغرب يدعو لاجتماع طارئ للجامعة العربية لبحث الأوضاع في غزة

دعا المغرب لعقد اجتماع طارئ لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية على مستوى وزراء الخارجية لبحث تدهور الأوضاع في قطاع غزة، عقب عملية “طوفان الأقصى”.

وقالت الخارجية المغربية في بيان صادر عنها اليوم الأحد، “إن المملكة دعت وزراء خارجية الدول العربية للاجتماع من أجل التشاور وتنسيق المواقف بشأن التطورات الأخيرة، والبحث عن سبل إيقاف هذا التصعيد الخطير”، وفق البيان.

وأشار بيان الخارجية المغربية، إلى أن “الدعوة جاءت بتعليمات من العاهل المغربي الملك محمد السادس”، الذي تتولى بلاده رئاسة الدورة الحالية لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية، مؤكدا أن “الدعوة تستهدف عقد الاجتماع، هذا الأسبوع، بمقر جامعة الدول العربية في القاهرة”.

وكانت حركة “حماس”، قد أعلنت أمس السبت، إطلاق عملية “طوفان الأقصى”، التي قالت إنها استهدفت مواقع عسكرية إسرائيلية، مؤكدة أن “الهدف من العملية هو وضع حد للانتهاكات الإسرائيلية”.
