"صوملك" تطلق حملة لمحاربة التحايل وتحصيل المتأخرات (البيان)

تنهي الشركة الموريتانية للكهرباء إلى علم زبنائها الكرام أنها أطلقت حملة تجارية واسعة تهدف إلى محاربة التحايل على الكهرباء و تحصيل المتأخرات حيث لا يزال الفقد التجاري يصل إلى مستويات عالية بالرغم من المجهودات التي تم القيام بها خلال السنوات الأخيرة. ومن البديهي أن استمرارية وجودة الخدمة التي ننشدها جميعا ونسعى إليها لا يمكن تحقيقها إلا عبر تحسين الوضعية المالية للشركة.

وعليه فإن الشركة تهيب بزبنائها الكرام المشاركة في هذه الحملة خاصة عبر تسهيل مهمة فرق التفتيش خلال مرورها بالبيوت وتصحيح وضعية اشتراكاتهم والمبادرة بتسديد مستحقات الشركة حتى لا تضطر إلى قطع الخدمة في حالة عدم تسديد الفواتير في الآجال المحددة.

و من أهداف هذه الحملة الخاصة التي يشارك فيها جميع أطر وعمال الشركة تصحيح وضعية التوصيلات وتسجيل ومعالجة طلبات وتظلمات الزبناء الكرام.

ومن أجل توفير تسهيلات إضافية فإن الشركة ستعامل الزبناء الكرام بالمرونة اللائقة وستكون جميع شبابيكها التجارية مفتوحة كل أيام الأسبوع ما عدا أيام الأحد بالإضافة إلى توفر وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني المتاحة.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن قرار حظر قطع الخدمة خلال أيام الجمعة والعطل لا ينطبق على حالات التحايل التي يتم اكتشافها.
