تعليمات رئاسية بإنشاء فرع جديد للمدرسة العليا متعددة التقنيات "بوليتكنيك" في الداخل

قال رئيس الجمهورية محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، إنه بصدد إعطاء تعليمات لإنشاء فرع جديد للمدرسة العليا متعددة التقنيات "بوليتكنيك" في الداخل مع التركيز على جودة التعليم في المؤسسة، حاثا طلابها على المزيد من الاجتهاد والعطاء استعدادا لخدمة بلدهم في المستقبل.

وأكد ولد الغزواني خلال زيارة مفاجئة أداها يوم أمس الثلاثاء للمدرسة العليا متعددة التقنيات، أنه قرر أن يزور مجمع بوليتكنك المهم مع بداية افتتاح السنة الجامعية بشكل عام للإطلاع عن قرب على سير التعليم والتكوين في هذه المؤسسة، مضيفا أن لهذه الزيارة هدفين أولهما إظهار أهمية هذا المجمع الذي تعول عليه الأمة الموريتانية في تكوين نخبة المهندسين والفنيين الذين سيكونون هم عماد المؤسسات الاقتصادية والإدارية في القطاعين العام والخاص في السنوات المقبلة.

واعتبر ولد الغزواني، أن نجاح هذه المؤسسة في أهدافها كما وكيفا هو وحده الضامن لنجاح الخطط الاقتصادية والتنموية الهادفة إلى خلق النمو الاقتصادي وتوفير وتحسين الخدمات وخلق فرص العمل للشباب، مردفا أنه يعتبر هذه المؤسسة نموذجا لنجاح العقل الموريتاني وسيواصل رعايتها والاستثمار فيها لأنه استثمار في العقول وفي قيادات المستقبل.

 

ولفت ولد الغزواني،إلى أنه وجه منذ 2019 بفتح 4 مؤسسات جديدة (المعهد العالي لمهن الإحصاء ، المعهد العالي لمهن الطاقة، المعهد العالي للرقمنة ومدرسة التجارة) وتم اتخاذ قرار بإنشاء مجموعة بولتكنيك، و مضاعفة الطلبة المكونين في هذه المؤسسة حيث انتقل عددهم من 686 طالب 2019 الي 1243 سنة 2023.

 

وشدد رئيس الجمهورية، على أنه لايوجد أي خيار آخر سوى جعل هذه المؤسسة صرح علمي مرجعي في مجال تكوين المهندسين والفنيين في مختلف المجالات، داعيا إلى ضرورة العمل علي تحسين أداء المؤسسة والرفع من مستويات نجاح وتفوق طلبتها في مختلف الامتحانات والمسابقات، وفتح الآفاق لشباب البلد في أكبر عدد ممكن من التخصصات في حدود ما لا يضر بجودة التكوين.

 

وأشار ولد الغزواني، إلى أنه ليس من المقبول أن لا يستفيد الشباب الموريتاني من كل فرص العمل الكبيرة التي يخلقها الاقتصاد الوطني حاليا في بعض القطاعات بسبب ضعف التكوين، ضاربا المثل بقطاع البناء و الأشغال العمومية، حيث أن غالبية مواقع العمل الفنية لايشغلها الموريتانيون، متسائلا هل يمكن القبول بعدم استفادة الشباب من فرص العمل التي ستخلق بشكل كبير في السنوات المقبلة في قطاعات المعادن والغاز والزراعة وقطاعات أخرى لأنه غير مكون التكوين الكافي والمطلوب؟.
