محاكمة العشرية.. النيابة تستعد لتقديم طلباتها مع انتهاء مرحلة المرافعات

تعقد المحكمة المختصة بجرائم الفساد، صباح اليوم الاثنين، جلسة جديدة من محاكمة المشمولين في ما بات يعرف إعلاميا بـ "ملف العشرية"، ويتوقع أن تشهد انتهاء مرحلة المرافعات.

جلسة اليوم يتوقع أن يقدم خلالها رئيس هيئة دفاع الدولة إبراهيم ولد أبتي مرافعته التي ستكون الأخيرة في هذه المرحلة من المحاكمة، حيث شهدت الفترة الأخيرة مرافعات 15 محاميا.

وبعد انتهاء مرحلة المرافعات؛ تبدأ النيابة العامة تقديم طلباتها بخصوص الأحكام على المتهمين، على أن تفتح المحكمة الباب أمام دفاع المشمولين في الملف حسب ترتيبهم، حيث ستكون البداية مع دفاع الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز، وبعدها دفاع بقية المتهمين.

جلسة اليوم ستشهد عودة هيئة الدفاع عن الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز للمحكمة؛ حيث أكد محمدن ولد إشدو منسق هيئة الدفاع عن الرئيس السابق أنهم قرروا حضور الجلسة، وذلك بعد أسبوعين من قرارهم الانسحاب من المحاكمة.

 

وأضاف ولد أشدو، في تصريح للصحراء، أن حضورهم للجلسة يأتي استجابة لمبادرة قادها نقيب المحامين الأستاذ بونه ولد الحسن، مؤكدا أنها أثمرت عن لقاء بينهم والمحكمة، وقد وافقوا مبدئيا على حضور الجلسة "التي سيتحدد ويعلن فيها عمليا، وفي القاعة، ما تم الاتفاق عليه برعاية نقيب المحامين".

 

وكان محامو الرئيس السابق قد أعلنوا انسحابهم من المحاكمة "احتجاجا على رفضها السماح باستقبال شهود النفي".
