“ملف العشرية”: دفاع عزيز يحضر وزيرين سابقين للإدلاء بشهادتهم

أحضرت هيئة الدفاع عن الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز، اليوم الاثنين، وزيرين سابقين كشاهدين إضافيين في “ملف العشرية”، حيث من المتوقع أن يقدما شهادتهما أمام المحكم المحكمة الجنائية المختصة بجرائم الفساد.

ويأتي استدعاء الشاهدين من طرف دفاع ولد عبد العزيز، في إطار المادة 294 من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية، التي تنص على أنه يحق لأي متهم إحضار شهود إضافيين لنفي الاتهامات الموجهة إليه.

وقد أحضر دفاع الرئيس السابق، كل من وزير العدل السابق حيمود ولد رمظان، ووزير التعليم العالي السابق كذلك، سيدي ولد سالم، وقد تولى الوزيران مهامها في عهد مأمورية ولد عبد العزيز الثانية.

وكانت المحكمة قد رفضت في وقت سابق استدعاء لائحة شهود قدمها دفاع الرئيس السابق، وكان من ضمن الأسماء ولد رمظان وولد سالم، وأكدت المحكمة فتح المجال أمام جميع الأطراف لتقديم شهودهم الإضافيين على حسابهم الخاص.
