الاستعداد لإطلاق التعداد العام للسكان والمساكن في موريتانيا

عقدت اللجنة الوطنية للتعداد العام الخامس للسكان والمساكن، اليوم، اجتماعها تحت رئاسة وزير الاقتصاد والتنمية المستدامة عبد السلام محمد صالح، وبمشاركة وزراء الداخلية واللامركزية، المالية، التهذيب الوطني وإصلاح النظام التعليمي، الصحة، التحول الرقمي والابتكار وعصرنة الإدارة، البترول والمعادن والطاقة، الناطق باسم الحكومة، الزراعة، الإسكان والعمران والاستصلاح الترابي، المياه والصرف الصحي، الثقافة والشباب والرياضة والعلاقات مع البرلمان، والعمل الاجتماعي والطفولة والأسرة.

المدير العام للوكالة الوطنية للإحصاء والتحليل الديمغرافي والاقتصادي، محمد المختار ولد سيدي بكر، قدم خلال الاجتماع عرضا حول الاستعداد لإطلاق التعداد العام للسكان والمساكن في موريتانيا لسنة 2023.

يهدف التعداد إلى توفير البيانات الضرورية لإعداد وتنفيذ ومتابعة وتقييم مختلف السياسات التنموية.

التعداد العام للسكان والمساكن يجري في إطار تنفيذ توصيات الأمم المتحدة القاضية بتنظيم تعداد عام للسكان والمساكن كل عشر سنوات من طرف الدول الأعضاء، حيث ستنفذ موريتانيا تعدادها العام الخامس للسكان والمساكن قبل نهاية هذه السنة 2023 بحول الله، بعد إنجاز أربع تعدادات سابقة خلال السنوات 1977، 1988، 2000 و2013.

التعداد العام للسكان والمساكن، يشمل كافة المقيمين على التراب الوطني من موريتانيين وأجانب، ومن أهدافه:

– توفير المعطيات المتعلقة بالخصائص الديموغرافية والسوسيو-اقتصادية للسكان وتسهيل النفاذ إليها من طرف المستخدمين.

– توفير البيانات الضرورية لمتابعة السياسات الخاصة بمكافحة الفقر، وكذا متابعة التطور الحاصل في بلوغ أهداف التنمية المستدامة لأجندة الاتحاد الإفريقي لـ 2063.

– المساهمة في إنشاء نظام دقيق للمعلومات الإحصائية، يسمح بتوفير البيانات الضرورية في الوقت المناسب من أجل تقييم تأثير الخطط المتبعة من طرف متخذي القرار الوطني.
