أكجوجت أنفو تنشر خطورة "السيليكوز"على عمال المناجم في موريتانيا

قدر إطار سابق بالشركة الوطنية للصناعة والمناجم (اسنيم) عدد مرضى "السيليكوز" في صفوف عمال (سنيم) بحوالي 20% من إجمالي عمال الشركة العاملة في مجال المعادن بموريتانيا، فيما عبر عمال بالشركة عن مخاوفهم من الانتشار المتزايد للمرض في صفوف العمال.

ومرض السيليكوز: مرض معروف منذ زمن، وهو ناتج عن استنشاق جزيئات غبار السيليس، التي يتسبب بها  غبار المعادن، ويصيب في أكثر الأحوال عمال المناجم أو سكان المناطق التي تستخرج فيها المعادن على نطاق واسع.

ويقول إبراهم ولد ليساره، وهو إطار متقاعد بالشركة الوطنية للصناعة والمعادن(سنيم) إن أغلب عمال الشركة باتوا عرضة للمرض، بفعل انعدام الرعاية وغياب أي خطة لحماية عمال الشركة أو السكان المحليين من هذا المرض.

وتحدث إبراهيم في تصريح للأخبار، عن تعطل جميع أجهزة امتصاص الغبار، التي تساعد في الحد من تسرب الهواء الملوث إلى العمال، مضيفا أن تكلفة هذه الأجهزة باهظة جدا "ما جعل الشركة تتوقف عن تشغيلها تفاديا للمصاريف المترتبة على ذلك" بحسب قوله.

يشكو مرضى السليكوز بموريتانيا من تعقيد إجراءات الاستفادة من التأمين الصحي وغياب الحماية(الأخبار) وانتقد الإطار المتقاعد بالشركة، الطريقة التي يعامل بها العمال المرضى، متحدثا عن تجاهل إدارة الشركة لأوضاعهم وتعقيد إجراءات استفادتهم من العلاج، مضيفا أن المستفيدين من التقاعد يمضون أكثر من 5 أشهر في انتظار موافقة من صندوق التأمين الصحي حتى يستفيدوا من العلاج.

وأكد أن سكان المناطق المنجمية في البلاد، باتوا عرضة للمرض، بفعل انتشار الغبار الملوث، وانعدام الحماية.

ومؤخرا أعلن عمدة بلدية ازويرات، عن إنشاء رابطة لمرضى السيليكوز بالمدينة، من أجل الدفاع عن حقوق المرضى والمساهمة في توفير المتوفر من العلاج لهم.

ما هي مادة السيليس؟

هي معدن متواجد بكثرة في الطبيعة وهي تمثل 75%  من القشرة الأرضية مما يجعلها، متواجدة وبكميات هائلة ومختلفة فـي أغلب المواد المعدنية المستعملة في الكثير من القطاعات الصناعية.
