المفتشية تستدعي مدير ميناء خليج الراحة إثر اتهامات بممارسة العنصرية من قبل عمال مفصولين

استدعت مفتشية الشغل بمدينة نواذيبو، المدير العام لمؤسسة ميناء خليج الراحة الطالب ولد سيدي أحمد، مذكرة إياه، ان عدم حضوره يعرضه للغرامة. 

 

وبحسب المصدر فإن الاستدعاء جاء بعد شكوى تقدم بها خمسة عمال إثر فصلهم من طرف مدير الميناء بأسباب يقولون إنها "عنصرية و زبونية".
 

و قال العمال في شكواهم، إنهم يعملون في المؤسسة منذ 4 سنوات، موضحين أن إدارة الميناء قامت قبل شهر بفصل جماعي لعدد من العمال، قبل أن تتراجع عن فصل بعض "المقربين" من المدير و الإبقاء على فصلهم لأنهم ليسو من "شريحة" المدير، وفق العمال المفصولين.
 

و يستشهد العمال على اتهاماتهم للإدارة، قيام الأخيرة بمنح، عقود عمل دائمة لمجموعة من العمال، كانت مفصولة معهم، قبل "التراجع"، موضحين بأن الإقصاء، تم اختيار ضحاياه ليكونوا من شريحة واحدة، لم يحصل اي من افرادها على عقد عمل في هذه المؤسسة، رغم شهادات رؤسائهم في العمل و رضاهم عن أدائهم وفقا للمتظلمين.
