ملف "العشرية".. اكتمال مرحلة الاستماع لردود محامي الطرف المدني

أكملت المحكمة المختصة في جرائم الفساد، اليوم الاثنين، الاستماع لردود محامي الطرف المدني في ما بات يعرف إعلاميا ب "ملف العشرية"، الذي يحاكم فيه الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز وبعض مسؤولي نظامه. 

وينتظر أن تنتقل المحكمة إلى النيابة العامة لتقديم ردودها، ثم تنتقل بعد ذلك إلى دفاع المتهمين في الملف.

وشهدت جلسة اليوم (الاثنين) تقديم 14 محاميا من هيئة دفاع الطرف المدني لردودهم حول المرافعات،  وقد تركزت بشكل أساسي على مرافعات دفاع الرئيس السابق. 

وباتت المحاكمة تقترب من محطتها الحاسمة المتعلقة بالمداولات وإصدار الحكم، إذ أنها بعد نهاية مرحلة الردود على المرافعات، ستكون أمام المتهمين فرصة تعليق أخير، أمامها،  دون أي أسئلة، تمهيدا لإصدار أحكامها.
