شركة TCN تستحوذ على فرع APM في موريتانيا

استحوذت شركة TCN، على فرع شركة APM في موريتانيا، مقابل مبلغ إجمالي قدره 30 مليون دولار أمريكي.ط، حسبما أكدت مصادر خاصة لتقدمي.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن شركة TCN هي مشغل رصيف الحاويات في ميناء نواكشوط المستقل، وتمثل نموذجا للشراكة الأولى من نوعها بهذا الحجم الكبير بين القطاعين العام والخاص في موريتانيا.

أما شركة APM Terminals Mauritanie، فتمتلك أكبر مستودع في ميناء نواكشوط، يغطي مساحة تقدر بأكثر من 105.000 متر مربع، وتم تأسيسها في عام 2000، وتقدم بعض الخدمات اللوجستية المرتبطة بعمليات الموانئ.
