المركزي الموريتاني يعلق صفقة بيع “سوسيتيه جنرال”

أكدت مصادر خاصة لتقدمي أن البنك المركزي الموريتاني، علق صفقة شراء فرع بنك “سوسيتيه جنرال” الفرنسي في موريتانيا، لمجموعة Coris.

وقالت المصادر إن عملية التعليق هذه قد تكون تمهيدا لإلغاء الصفقة، التي وصلت مراحل متقدمة.

وأشارت المصادر إلى أن البنك المركزي الموريتاني أبلغ المشتري بتعليق الصفقة، نظرا لاتهامه بالتحايل من طرف مستثمرين موريتانيين، خاصة ما تعرض له رجل أعمال موريتاني في بوركينا فاسو.

وكان “سوسيتيه جنرال” قد أعلن في يونيو الماضي بيع فرعيه في موريتانيا وتشاد إلى Coris Group، وأوضح حينها أنه من المتوقع أن يتم إغلاق الصفقة بحلول نهاية عام 2023.
