رئيس غينيا بيساو يرد على محاولة الإنقلاب بحل البرلمان

 سريعا جاء رد  رئيس غينيا بيساو أومارو سيسكو إمبالو، على المحاولة الإنقلابية الأخيرة لإسقاط نظام حكمه بإعلانه  اليوم الاثنين، حل البرلمان،

وجاء في مرسوم رئاسي أرسل إلى وسائل الإعلام ، أنه سيتم  تحديد “موعد الانتخابات التشريعية المقبلة في الوقت المناسب، وفقا لأحكام الدستور”.

الرئيس إمبالو، برر  قراره بحصول عملية “تواطؤ” بين الحرس الوطني و”بعض المصالح السياسية داخل جهاز الدولة”، وقال “بعد هذه المحاولة الانقلابية التي قادها الحرس الوطني، وفي مواجهة الأدلة القوية على وجود تواطؤ سياسي، أصبح الأداء الطبيعي لمؤسسات الجمهورية مستحيلا. تؤكّد هذه الحقائق وجود أزمة سياسية كبيرة”.

واندلعت اشتباكات بين فصيلين بالجيش في بيساو ليل الخميس واستمرت يوم الجمعة بعد أن أطلق جنود الحرس الوطني سراح وزير معارض كان محتجزا في تحقيق بالفساد.

ودانت “إيكواس” في بيان السبت، “بشدة” أعمال العنف، وكل المحاولات الرامية إلى الإخلال بالنظام الدستوري، وسيادة القانون في غينيا بيساو”، داعية “إلى توقيف وملاحقة مرتكبي هذه الأحداث”، معربة عن “تضامنها الكامل مع الشعب والسلطات الدستورية في البلاد”.

ودعت الأمم المتحدة، الجمعة، إلى احترام سيادة القانون، وحثت قوات الأمن والجيش على “مواصلة الامتناع من أي تدخل في السياسة الوطنية”.
