خلاف كبير بين ممثلي التجمعات الصحفية وممثلي الحكومة في صندوق الدعم العمومي للصحافة، حول مبلغ مالي تصر السلطة العليا للصحافة والسمعيات البصرية عبر رئيس للجنة مدعوما بممثلين عن وزارة الاتصال وآخر عن وزارة المالية، لتخصيص المبلغ المتبقي للمدرسة الوطنية للإدارة والقضاء والصحافة، تحت ذريعة التكوين، وهو ما يتهم اعضاء اللجنة ممثلي الحكومة بسعيهم لسد عجز في ميزانية المدرسة، واستفادة بعض منهم او من له علاقة بهم من رواتب مجزية مقابل دروس نظرية سيقدمونها.
ويري ممثلوا الصحافة ان التكوين مطلبهم، لكن ليس مثل المسرحية التي حدثت في وقت سابق للصحافة في نفس المدرسة، حيث تم تقديم اليهم محاضرات مصحوبة من غوغل، دون ان يمنحوا شهادة بعد نهاية التكوين.
