وزارة المعادن تتأهب لوضع حجر أساس مصنع للفوسفات في ولاية لبراكنه

أعلنت وزارة البترول والمعادن والطاقة أنه سيتم غدا الأحد بولاية لبراكنة وضع حجر الأساس لمصنع معالجة الفوسفات وإطلاق أشغال الاستغلال في مناجم "بوفال - لبيره" للفوسفات. 

الوزارة نوهت في إيجاز أصدرته إلى أن الدولة الموريتانية تملك نسبة 20 في المئة من هذا المشروع الذي سيتم تطويره على مراحل تبدأ بمرحلة تمهيدية، تستمر لمدة عام، تهدف إلى اقتناء المعدات وبناء المنشآت وتقييم الامكانات الفعلية للمنجم.

وأضافت الوزارة أن التقديرات الأولية تشير إلى أن المنجم المذكور يحتوي على احتياطي يقدر ب 166 مليون طن من الفوسفات الخام قابلة للزيادة حسب التقييم، وهو ما يمكن من ضمان توفير مصادر للتشغيل على مدى ثلاثة عقود.

مشددة على أن إطلاق مشروع مناجم "بوفال"، سياهم في توفير إيرادات جديدة للاقتصاد الوطني، وسيكون له التأثير الإيجابي على قطاع الزراعة، حيث يُستخدم الفوسفات في صناعة الأسمدة كمكمل حيوي لتحسين نوعية التربة وزيادة الإنتاج وتحسين نوعية المحاصيل.

كما ستبرز سوق جديدة للفوسفات الذي يتم استخدامه في انتاج بطاريات السيارات الكهربائية مما يعزز الحفاظ على البيئة والمساهمة في التحول الطاقوي، حسب إيجاز الوزارة.
