الكشف صراع الكبار على صفقات تازيازت

نشرت صحيفة الأخبار إنفو في عددها الصادر اليوم الأربعاء: 21 سبتمبر 2016م، تقريرا عن ما اعتبرته صراعا قويا دار بين قوى اقتصادية إقليمية ورجال أعمال محليين نافذين حول عقود ضخمة مع شركة Kinross Gold Corporation  الكندية العاملة في مجال التنقيب عن معدن الذهب في صحراء تازيازت بموريتانيا.

 

وحصلت الصحيفة على معطيات تكشف عن صراع دار مؤخرا بين شركة "لوجستيك موريتانيا" التي يمكلها رجل الأعمال والوزير السابق محمد عبدالله ولد ياها المقرب من هرم السطة بموريتانيا، وشركة Bellore Africa الإقليمية التي يمثلها في موريتانيا رجل الأعمال المعارض ورئيس حزب "إيناد" عبد القدوس ولد اعبيدنا عبر شركته "سوجكو".

 

وبحسب مصادر الأخبار إنفو، فقد عاشت شركة تازيازت خلال الأشهر الأخيرة بين مطرقة الضغط الدولي الذي لجأت إليه شركة Bellore Africa، وسندان الضغط المحلي في موريتانيا الممارس من طرف شركة "لوجستيك موريتانيا"، وظهرت كينروس وهي أمام أزمات مالية وإضرابات عمالية ودعاوى قضائية إثر اتهامها في قضايا فساد.

 

ووصفت الصحيفة صفقة التوريد الخاصة بتنفيذ العمليات اللوجستية والنقل بالنسبة لشركة كينروس في كل من موريتانيا وغانا والتي توصف بأنها أهم عقود الشركة وتصل قيمتها إلى مليارات الأوقية، بأنها "كانت بمثابة القطرة التي أفاضت الكأس في الصراع الأخير بين المتنافسين".

 

وتحدثت الصحيفة عن ضغوط مارستها الحكومة لأجل منح الرخص لصالح شركة "موريتانيا لوجستيك" حديثة التأسيس، وهو ما كان بمثابة ضربة قوية لشركةBellore Africa التي كانت تتولى الصفقة سابقا مع كينروس سابقا وهي ممثلة محليا في موريتانيا منذ عشرين سنة من طرف مجموعة "سوجيكو" المملوكة لرجل الأعمال عبد القدوس ولد اعبيدنا، ما جعل Bellore Africa ذات النفوذ العالمي تنتقم من شركة كينروس تازيازت عبر الضغط بواسطة الإعلام الفرنسي والقضاء الأمريكي.

 

وحسب مصادر صحيفة الأخبار إنفو، فإن تازيازت قد توصلت إلى ترضية الأطراف، مقابل مساعدة من Bellore Africa بوقف الملف القضائي والدعاية الإعلامية ضد الشركة، كما منحت صفقة جديدة بنقل المعادن من موقعها كينروس2 باتجاه المصنع لصالح شركة "وفاء ميننغ" التابعة لمجموعة أهل غدة، مقابل تنازل الحكومة الموريتانية عن مطلبها بحصة 10% من المنجم الجديد وإنهاء أزمة رخص العمال الأجانب في تازيازت..
