السفارة الأمريكية بنواكشوط تطلق مبادرة “الانجليزية لجميع الموريتانيين”

أطلقت سفارة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بنواكشوط، مبادرة “الانجليزية لجميع الموريتانيين”، تتمثل مرحلتها الأولى في نشر 10 مقاطع تعليمية.

المبادرة ممولة من الحكومة الأمريكية، وتأتي استجابة “للطلب الهائل على تعلم اللغة الانجليزية في موريتانيا”، بحسب السفارة.

وتهدف السفارة من خلال المبادرة، إلى “تعزيز الحوار وبناء روابط ثقافية أقوى، وتعزيز الشراكة بين الولايات المتحدة وموريتانيا.”

في غضون ذلك، قال القائم بأعمال السفارة جون تي آيس لصحراء 24، إن “الهدف من المبادرة، هو أن تكون اللغة الانجليزية، ضمن مهارات الشباب الموريتاني.”

وأضاف أنه يرى الانجليزية، “أداة يمكن للشباب الموريتاني استعمالها لبناء مسيراتهم المهنية والتعليمية ، وبناء موريتانيا”.

وأكد أن ذلك “سيعزز قوة موريتانيا في التقدم، ليس فقط محليا، بل على مستوى عالمي.”
