نواكشوط: ملتقى حول ضوابط التغطية الإعلامية للأحداث القضائية

نظمت شبكة الصحفيات الموريتانيات، بالتعاون مع اليونسكو، اليوم الثلاثاء في نواكشوط، ملتقى تكوينيا حول “تغطية الأحداث القضائية بين حق الجمهور في الإعلام واحترام المساطر القضائية”.

 

ويهدف الملتقى التكويني، إلى تعزيز قدرات العاملين في المجال الإعلامي حول كيفية تغطية القضايا القضائية والتعاطي معها بشكل مهني وأخلاقي، من خلال عروض يقدمها خبراء في الإعلام.

 

وأوضح مدير الاتصال بوزارة الثقافة والفنون والاتصال والعلاقات مع البرلمان، عيسى ولد اليدالي، أن هذا الملتقى يشكل خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز التفاهم والتعاون بين مختلف الفاعلين في مجالي الإعلام والقضاء، وهو ما سينعكس على تغطية المحاكمات والأحداث القضائية وتناولها إعلاميا بما يضمن حقوق المتقاضين ويوفر المعلومة الصحيحة للجمهور.

 

وأضاف أن الإعلام يشكل أحد أدوات بناء الوعي المجتمعي، والقضاء هو السلطة الضامنة لعمل المؤسسات في دولة القانون، ولذا فإن تغطية الأحداث القضائية تتطلب مسؤولية وفهما دقيقا للحدود الفاصلة بين الحق في الوصول إلى المعلومات واحترام واجب المساطر القضائية، وحقوق المتقاضين، والمتهمين والمدانين.

 

وأكدت رئيسة شبكة الصحفيات الموريتانيات، اخديجة منت المجتبى، أن الشبكة نظمت عدة دورات تكوينية في مجالات التحرير والإعلام السمعي البصري والالكتروني والمونتاج والإخراج، وأخرى متخصصة في مجالات البيئة والهجرة والانتخابات والصحافة الاستقصائية، وذلك من أجل تمكين العاملين في الحقل الصحفي من ممارسة عملهم بشكل مهني وأخلاقي، خاصة أثناء تعاطيهم مع المسائل القضائية.
