وزارة الصحة تنذر 31 موظفا وتمهلهم 72 ساعة

 استدعت وزارة الصحة 31 شخصا من الموظفين والوكلاء العقدويين التابعين لها، ودعتهم لالتحاق بعملهم في ظرف 72 ساعة.

 

وقالت الوزارة في بلاغ صادر عنها إن هذا البلاغ يحل محل إنذار.

 

وصادق البرلمان الموريتاني قبل نحو أسبوعين على تعديل قانوني يتضمن تسهيلا في إجراءات فصل العمال المتغيبين عن وظائفهم، وينتظر أن يتم إصدار مراسيم ومقررات تطبيقية لها، وأن ينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

 

وفصلت وزارة التربية وإصلاح النظام التعليمي خلال السنة الجارية المئات من موظفيها بعد إصدار بلاغات لهم للالتحاق بعملهم دون التجاوب معها، حيث تمت إحالتهم إلى الوظيفة العمومية، وصدرت قرارات بفصلهم نهائيا من العمل.
