الحوض الشرقي : انطلاق البرنامج الخاص للتدخل الاجتماعي

أشرفت وزيرة العمل الاجتماعي والطفولة والأسرة صفية انتهاه، اليوم بمدينة النعمة عاصمة ولاية الحوض الشرقي، على إطلاق البرنامج الخاص للتدخل الاجتماعي في الولاية، بغلاف مالي وصل 157.743.610 أوقية قديمة. 

ويشمل البرنامج، توزيع تحويلات نقدية لصالح 400 شخص من المرضى بمرض مزمن وكبار السن، مع تمويل مشاريع مدرة للدخل لصالح 74 تجمعا نسويا بمعدل تجمعين من كل بلدية من بلديات الولاية البالغ عددهم 37.

كما يضم البرنامج إطلاق تكوين لصالح 30 امرأة في مجال معالجة الألبان والخياطة التقليدية للملاحف، وورشـة لتعزيز قدرات 30 مربية وتوزيع لوازم ومعدات على 32 روضة أطفال، إضافة إلى البرنامج الوطني للتعليم ماقبل المدرسي.

ويحتوي البرنامج على توقيع اتفاقية مع شبكة الطفولة الصغري بولاية الحوض الشرقي، التي تشمل مبادرات رياض الأطفال الجمعوية والخصوصية، حيث سيتم بموجبها تمكين 1000 طفل من الأسر الفقيرة من الولوج إلى التعليم ماقبل المدرسي وتوقيع اتفاقية مع المركز الاستشفائي بالنعمة لتحسين التكفل بالمرضى المعوزين.

وسيتم في إطار نفس البرنامج، إطلاق أيام تشاورية حول آليات تعزيز حماية الطفولة في الولاية، وتسليم بطاقات لذوي اجتياجات خاصة، إضافة إلى إطلاق قافلة لتحديد الاحتياجات التربوية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في بلديات الولاية تمهيدا لدمجهم في برنامج التحويلات النقدية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة. 

 وزيرة العمل الاجتماعية، قالت في كلمتها بالمناسبة، إن الهدف من الزيارة هو التواصل مع النساء الريفيات، وإطلاق مجموعة من المكونات التنموية والتعرف على الاحتياجات الملحة للجمهور المستهدف بالخدمات التي تقدمها وزارة العمل الاجتماعي والطفولة والأسرة. 

وأضافت الوزيرة أن تمكين الفئات الأكثر ضعفا من المجتمع يحتل مكانا في صدارة في برنامج الرئيس محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني.

بينت انتهاه، لفتت إلا أن الحكومة ارسلت مؤخرا بعثات للوقوف مع السلطات الإدارية والمنتخبين وقادة الرأى والفاعلين على أولويات كل جهة وتنظيمها في مصفوفات تنموية بحسب درجة الاستعجال.
