لجنة الصفقات ترفع التعليق عن توريد قاطرة لميناء نواكشوط المستقل

قررت سلطة تنظيم الصفقات رفع تعليقها لقرار منح صفقة توريد قاطرة بقوة من 4000 إلى 5000 حصان لصالح ميناء نواكشوط المستقل، وهو القرار الذي اتخذته يوم 05 فبراير الجاري.

وقالت السلطة في إشعار صادر عنها إن لجنة المنازعات فيها قررت عدم قبول الطعن الذي تقدمت به شركة "damed"، الهولندية، من حيث المضمون.

وأمرت السلطة برفع التعليق ومواصلة إجراءات الصفقة وفقا للنصوص المنظّمة لمسطرة إبرام الصفقات العمومية، وأحكام ملف استدراج العروض والاستنتاجات والتحليلات التي سيتم تقديمها لاحقا.
