ولد هميد: أهداف برنامج "تعمير" نبيلة وتعكس إرادة الرئيس في مكافحة الفقر

أكد بيجل هميد، عميد رواد مشروع “تعمير”، أن أهداف المشروع نبيلة وتعكس إرادة الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني في مكافحة الفقر ودعم الفئات الهشة في المجتمع. 

وأوضح ولد هميد أن هناك العديد من الأطر الموريتانيين الذين كان يمكن أن يكونوا عمداء لمشروع “تعمير” ، مشيرًا إلى أهمية الدور الذي يلعبه المشروع في تحسين حياة المواطنين.

وتطرق ولد هميد إلى المشاكل المتعلقة بالتقري العشوائي والصعوبات التي تواجه “تآزر”، داعيًا إلى تغيير العقليات وزيادة الوعي بين السكان وإشراكهم في اتخاذ القرارات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.

 كما شدد على أن المساعدات لا تبلغ مقصدها ما لم تمكن المستفيدين من الاستغناء عنها مستقبلاً عبر تمكينهم اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا.
