المحكمة تأمر بتعليق عملية الانتساب في حزب التكتل

أصدرت الغرفة المدنية بمحكمة ولاية نواكشوط الغربية، اليوم الاثنين، أمراً بتعليق عملية الانتساب في حزب تكتل القوى الديمقراطية، في انتظار البت في أصل النزاع القائم بين الأطراف.
 

وقالت المحكمة إن الأمر جاء بعد الاطلاع على الطلب المقدّم إليها من طرف محامٍ عن حزب تكتل القوى الديمقراطية ممثلا في الرئيس المختار ولد الشيخ، والهادف إلى إصدار أمر على العريضة بوقف عمليات الانتساب إلى أن يبتّ في الأصل.
 

وأضافت المحكمة أنها اطلعت - قبل القرار- على العريضة الجوابية المقدّمة من طرف محامين عن رئيس الحزب أحمد ولد داداه.
 

وأكدت المحكمة إلى اطلاعها على محضر الجلسة الاستعجالية المنعقدة بتاريخ 2025/02/17، والوثائق المدلى بها من كلا الطرفين.

 

ويعيش حزب تكتل القوى الديمقراطية حالة من الشد والجذب والخلافات المتصاعدة بين طرفين يدعي كلاهما الأحقية برئاسة الحزب.
