لجنة برلمانية تناقش مشروع مرسوم يتعلق بالتصريح بالممتلكات

ناقشت لجنة العدل والداخلية والدفاع بالبرلمان الموريتاني، مشروعي مرسومين يتعلقان بمكافحة الفساد والتصريح بالممتلكات.

جاء خلال اجتماع للجنة صباح اليوم الثلاثاء بالجمعية الوطنية حيث ناقشت:

 

– مشروع القانون رقم 25-009، الذي يتعلق بمكافحة الفساد؛

 

– مشروع القانون رقم 25-010، الذي يتعلق بالتصريح بالممتلكات والمصالح.

 

وقدم وزير العدل، محمد محمود ولد بيه ، عرضا حول أهداف مشروعي القانونيين، وخصائص كل منهما .

ومن المنتظر إحالة مشروعي القانون إلى جلسة عامة للجمعية الوطنية، بعد استكمال اللجنة النقاشات بشأنهما.

 

وكانت الحكومة قد صادقت قبل فترة على مشروع مرسوم لمكافحة الفساد، ومشروع مرسوم آخر يتعلق بالتصريح بالممتلكات، وذلك "لتعزيز الشفافية ومحاربة الفساد".
