الرئيس الجزائري يُحذّر من "التدفق الفوضوي" للعمالة الأفريقية

حذر الرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون من تنامي المخاوف الأمنية المرتبطة بالإرهاب في الجزائر، في ظل تدفق المهاجرين واليد العاملة من دول الساحل.

وكشف تبون عن "توجّه صارم لوقف العمالة الأجنبية الوافدة بطريقة غير منظمة" محذّراً من احتمال تسلل "متشددين وأفراد من شبكات الجريمة ضمن المهاجرين غير النظاميين".

وقال تبون، خلال لقائه مع أعيان ومسؤولي ولاية بشار، جنوب غربي الجزائر: "بالنسبة للعمال الأفارقة، نحن نواجه حالياً مشكلة مع الانقلابيين في دول الساحل، لكننا في المقابل نحافظ على علاقات جيدة مع الشعوب المرتبطة في ما بينها، والدليل على ذلك أنه يمكن أن تجد القبيلة الواحدة منقسمة بين جزء منها في برج باجي مختار (أقصى جنوب الجزائر)، والجزء الآخر في تين زواتين داخل الأراضي المالية".

وأضاف الرئيس الجزائري: "للأسف، سلطات دول الساحل غير قادرة على التحكم في أوضاع بلدانها، أما نحن في الجزائر فلا يمكن أن نسمح بدخول كل من هبّ ودبّ".

وأكد تبون، ردا على انشغال طُرح خلال اللقاء بشأن نقص اليد العاملة والحاجة إلى العمالة الأفريقية، قائلا: "ليس لدينا أي مانع في استقبال اليد العاملة الأفريقية، لكن الدخول يجب أن يتم بشكل منظّم، لأن الظروف تغيّرت، هذه الدول (دول الساحل) أصبحت مرتعا للإرهاب".

وأضح أن المزارع أو المصانع، أو من لديهم حاجة إلى اليد العاملة، عليهم تقديم طلب رسمي إلى وكالة التشغيل المحلية ووزارة العمل الجزائرية "التي تتكفل بالتنسيق مع وزارة العمل في الدولة المعنية لاستقدام العدد المطلوب من العمال بطريقة منظمة".
