"النقد الدولي" يكشف عن رقم مخيف لحجم الديون العالمية

قال صندوق النقد الدولي، الأربعاء، إن العالم يسبح في ديون حجمها 152 تريليون دولار لكن ذلك المستوى القياسي لم يمنع المؤسسة من تشجيع بعض الدول على زيادة الإنفاق لتعزيز النمو.

وقال صندوق النقد في تقرير إن الديون العالمية العامة والخاصة بلغت 225 في المئة من الناتج الاقتصادي العالمي العام الماضي، ارتفاعا من حوالي 200 في المئة في 2002.

وأوضح الصندوق أن حوالي ثلثي إجمالي ديون 2015 أي نحو 100 مليار دولار مستحق على مقترضين من القطاع الخاص، مشيرا إلى أن تنامي الدين الخاص، عادة ما يفضي إلى الأزمات المالية.

ويتزامن التقرير مع حث كريستين لاغارد مديرة صندوق النقد حكومات الدول الأعضاء القادرة على الاقتراض وإنفاق المزيد أن تفعل ذلك لتعزيز النمو الذي يعاني من ضعف مستمر.
