صرف إعانة النفقة.. مشروع حكومي لتعزيز حقوق النساء والأطفال

دشّنت الحكومة الموريتانية، اليوم الثلاثاء،  منسقية صرف إعانة النفقة في العاصمة نواكشوط، بهدف ضمان تحصيل المستحقات المالية للنساء المطلقات وأطفالهن، وتعزيز حماية الأسرة.

وقالت وزيرة العمل الاجتماعي والطفولة والأسرة، صفية انتهاه، إن إنشاء المنسقية يهدف إلى صيانة الأسرة الموريتانية، وضمان حقوق النساء والأطفال، والمساهمة في تماسك المجتمع ولحمته الاجتماعية.

وأوضحت أن المنسقية ستعمل على استقبال طلبات الإعانة، وتقديم الدعم الإداري والقضائي عند الحاجة، لضمان تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية المرتبطة بالنفقة بفعالية وإنصاف، خاصة للأسر التي تعيلها نساء.

وأشارت إلى أن “المشروع يُجسّد التزام الدولة بحماية الفئات الهشة، ويعكس وعيًا رسميًا بالأثر المباشر للنفقة على استقرار آلاف الأسر في البلاد”.
